An abstract composition of triangular sail-like transluscent architectural fabric panels shall carry on its inner side, images of Philipnine Festivals and Cultural Events from all the nation's regions which may be viewed up close via ramps on a continuous loop within the competition winning design by a very young Tanayan Architect and his Tanayan Principal Architect Team of Ildefonsians. Quitely the structure is emerging as a realization of a Filipino vision. An Easter tribute to the Filipino Spirit.
